Fix AI Disclosure Label search filters and install problems
Find out why AI search filters are missing or the add-on will not install, and fix it by restarting the index rebuild or resolving the [ai] BBCode conflict.

Search filters do not appear
- Open Tools → AI disclosure index and check the readiness status.
- The filters stay unavailable until the initial rebuild completes.
- If it failed, use Rebuild disclosure index to restart.
Installation is blocked
- An existing [ai] BBCode owned by an administrator or another add-on blocks installation.
- The installer does not overwrite it. Resolve the conflict, then install again.
A staff member cannot change a label or see reports
- Changing another member's label needs Manage AI disclosure under forum moderator permissions and native post-edit access.
- Reports need View AI disclosure reports under general moderator permissions, plus staff or moderator status.
Report counts look low
- Reports count visible content only and respect forum access and own-thread restrictions.
Reminders do not show
- Check that Enable disclosure reminders is on. It is off by default.
- Reminders only show during author previews and only for a small set of recognized phrases.
