We don't build for WordPress, Shopify, or "whatever the client needs". We've shipped every one of our add-ons through each XenForo release since 2.2, so we already know the edge cases: which template modifications break on upgrade, how the importers treat odd vBulletin data, and where performance drops off on large boards.

About the price
Our quote will be higher than most. Here's what's in it.
You can find XenForo migrations advertised for $25 and custom styles for $100. Some of them work. Most leave out the parts you only miss later: the test run, the redirects, the next XenForo update, and someone who answers once it's live.
We put all of that in the price and write it into the quote, along with what isn't included. We'd rather quote once and get it right than send you a string of extra invoices.
And if an existing add-on already does the job, we'll tell you, even if it isn't one of ours.

Nothing goes live until you've seen it working
- Step 1: Free review Tell us what you need. We come back with questions, or tell you if something that already exists will do it. 1 working day
- Step 2: Spec and fixed quote Screens, a price, a date, and a list of what isn't included. Nothing starts until you sign it off. Within 3 working days
- Step 3: Build on a copy We build on a private copy of your forum. You see a short demo every week and can click through it yourself. Weekly demos
- Step 4: Go live together We go live at the hour your members are quietest, and stay online until everything checks out. Launch day
- Step 5: Aftercare Anything that doesn't match the spec is fixed free for 90 days. After that, support is optional. 90 days included

Questions forum owners ask us first
- Can I see work you've done for other forums?
- Most of our clients ask us not to name them, and we respect that. Our public add-ons and themes show how we write code. For bigger projects, we can put you in touch with a past client who has agreed to talk privately.
- What if you disappear halfway through?
- We've maintained a public XenForo catalogue since 2020, so we answer support tickets every day. You also pay in milestones, which means you never pay for work you haven't seen.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the day you pay the final invoice. You get the full source and documentation, and any developer can pick it up later.
- Will it break when XenForo updates?
- We build on XenForo's own extension system, not core edits, and test on the next release before we hand anything over. The same approach keeps our own add-ons working across versions.
- What if I change my mind about a feature?
- Before you sign off the spec, changes cost nothing. After that, we quote each change and add it only once you say yes, so the price never moves without your agreement.
- Why not just hire a freelancer for less?
- For a small tweak, you probably should, and we'll tell you so. For work your community depends on, you're paying for the test run, the fixes after launch, and a team that will still answer next year.
