Software License Agreement

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed software ("Add-on").

License Types

Standard License

• Single Domain: Use on one (1) production domain
• Updates: Includes updates for the duration of the license period
• Support: Basic support through our ticket system

Permitted Uses

You may:

• Install and use the Add-on on authorized domains
• Make modifications for your own use (source code licenses only)
• Create backup copies for archival purposes

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute: Share, sell, or distribute the Add-on to others
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Add-on
• Remove Attribution: Remove or modify copyright notices
• Sublicense: Grant sublicenses or transfer your license rights

Support and Updates

• Updates are provided for the duration of your license period
• Support covers installation, configuration, and bug fixes
• Support is provided in English during business hours

Warranty and Liability

The Add-on is provided "as is" with limited warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Add-on.
