- Week 1 Spec We agree the screens, settings and edge cases, and list what the add-on will not do.
- Weeks 2–4 Build on a copy We build on a private copy of your forum. Every week you get a short demo and a login to try it.
- Review Your sign-off You and your staff test it. We fix anything that differs from the spec before you pay the final part.
- Launch Install We install it on the live forum at a quiet hour and check it together.
- 90 days Aftercare Fixes for anything that doesn't match the spec, and help with the next XenForo update.
