Real Views
How to install Real Views for XenForo
Install Real Views and give your administrators the right permissions, so you can open the Real Views Overview.

Before you install
- Requirements: XenForo 2.3.0 or later and PHP 7.2 or later.
- Back up the forum database and files.
- Test the add-on and your custom style on a test installation first.
- Cloudflare and geography features are optional and need extra items; point to the setup guide for those.
Install from the archive
- In the Admin CP, open Add-ons, then Install/upgrade from archive.
- Select DC-RealViews-1.0.0.zip.
Install manually or by command line
- Extract the archive and upload the contents of its upload directory to the XenForo root.
- Then install Real Views from the Add-ons page.
- Command-line option after uploading: php cmd.php xf-addon:install DC/RealViews.
Grant administrator permissions
- Open Groups & permissions, then Administrators, and edit the administrator.
- Permissions: View Real Views reports; Manage Real Views settings and rules.
- Optional: Manage Real Views Cloudflare connection; Deploy and adopt Real Views Cloudflare rules.
- Report access alone does not allow Cloudflare deployment.
- Super administrators keep normal full access.
Open Real Views for the first time
- Go to D.C Style – Real Views Analytics, then Real Views.
- Explain that the Overview tab holds the setup checklist.
